inuRE’s online learning platform provides self-directed and facilitated learning. A range of topics is covered, such as reinsurance concepts, reinsurance planning, wordings, accounting, claims, pricing and interactive simulations. Introductory to advanced levels are catered for. Self-directed learning is accessed via inuRE’s Learning Management System (LMS). There are 33 pre-recorded modules supported by exercises and case studies. Online learning is a new dimension to inuRE’s training offering, launched this year.

Facilitated learning is arranged via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Webex. The training can be tailored to your requirements, delivered for varying numbers of participants and over timeframes that fit with your day-to-day business activities. Training delivered so far has covered the entire Asia-Pacific region, with participants ranging from 20 to 120.
The learning experience can either be delivered through a traditional lecture approach, or via interactive case studies and simulations which enable capability building through a collaborative learning environment.
